Experience
Nicole is a native of Colorado and has practiced law in Glenwood Springs since 2000. Her practice focuses on water rights matters and local government representation, and she serves as general or associate counsel for several special districts and municipalities. Nicole represents individuals, companies, special districts, and municipalities in all manner of water rights and water-related matters, including prosecuting and opposing water court cases; water rights due diligence review and conveyancing for real estate transactions and as collateral for loans; groundwater well permitting; and water right/ditch easements.
