Experience

Christine is an Associate Attorney in Garfield & Hecht’s Glenwood Springs office, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation, contracts, and land use as a member of the Municipal Law Practice Group. In addition to handling litigation matters and business disputes, she regularly performs work for the firm’s municipal clients, including drafting contracts and other legal documents, preparing resolutions and ordinances, and advising local governing bodies as needed at public meetings.  

Prior to joining Garfield & Hecht, Christine worked as an analyst for big banks providing market analysis and competitive intelligence. During her time at Florida State University College of Law, Christine gained experience in a wide variety of legal practice areas, including employment, franchise, trademark, and international trade and customs law. She also clerked for Florida Second Circuit Judge James C. Hankinson, where she drafted orders pertaining to evidentiary hearings.

Christine moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2020, and when she is not in the office, you can find her hiking with her husband and two dogs, rafting down the Roaring Fork River, or skiing.
