Hailey joined Garfield & Hecht in February of 2022 as the Assistant to the Managing Shareholder. Hailey attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, graduating with a Degree in Political Science and Legal Studies. Hailey was born and raised in Colorado and spent several years working at the Colorado State Capitol, making her familiar and informed on legal issues unique to Colorado.
