Garfield & HechtVII. Seller’s Property Disclosure. Where a broker is involved, you will receive, by the date set forth in your contract, a Seller's Property Disclosure. There is now one disclosure form for all types of properties. The form is five pages and covers a range of pertinent facts, such as roof, plumbing, foundation, insect, lead paint, mechanical, water, utilities, zoning, access and environmental conditions. This form is to be signed and dated by the seller and should be informative about the property you are buying; however, it is not a substitute for hiring an inspector. |
