The Garfield & Hecht transactional practice group includes several seasoned attorneys, some of whom have over 30 years of active experience. Before joining Garfield & Hecht, these attorneys gained substantial experience as members of commercial transactional departments in large law firms based in Denver, New York City, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C., they have continued their active practices in the Roaring Fork and Vail Valleys. An experienced staff supports the attorneys at Garfield & Hecht, which includes excellent associate attorneys, paralegals and a number of legal assistants. The transactional practice group is versed in handling all types of business transactions, including buying and selling real estate, leasing, lending, commercial law, and the sale and purchase of businesses, including leveraged buy-outs. To support the practice, Garfield & Hecht has made a substantial investment in information technology and has a technological capability comparable to much larger firms.
