On October 7, 2017, the Post Independent newspaper hosted its second annual Adventures in Aging seminar. The seminar caters to those 50 and older wanting to learn more about ways to remain mentally, fiscally, and physically fit. Among the afternoon breakout sessions offered at the seminar was a discussion about basic and affordable estate planning presented by Garfield & Hecht attorneys Nicole Garrimone-Campagna and Haley Carmer. Garrimone-Campagna and Carmer discussed what an estate plan is, why it is important to have one, and the simple estate planning package Garfield & Hecht offers.
