Ron is a founder and managing shareholder of Garfield & Hecht, P.C. Ron has in the past published numerous articles in the Colorado Lawyer of interest to attorneys. He has also lectured nationally on subjects of interest to condominium developers. Condominium projects developed in the 1960s and 1970s or earlier may be nearing the end of their useful life.
