University of Nebraska College of Law (J.D. 1977).

MEMBER: Ninth Judicial District Bar Association; Colorado Bar Association; Board of Directors, Alpine Legal Services; Colorado Municipal Leagues’ Attorneys’ Section.  Ed concentrates in local government law and land use law.  He serves as municipal attorney for the City of Fruita, and the Towns of Palisade, De Beque, Parachute, Dinosaur and Eagle.  He also currently serves as Rifle City Prosecutor and represents the Rifle Housing Authority and the Grand Valley Fire Protection District.
