Admitted to Colorado Bar, Colorado Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Member of Ninth Judicial District Bar Association, Pitkin County Bar Association (Secretary-Treasurer, 2010-11), Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, American Bar Association, and Faculty of Federal Advocates. Chris is a trial lawyer concentrating on civil and commercial litigation, including bankruptcy matters and appellate litigation. His practice includes work in all levels of state and federal courts. Chris has been continuously engaged in local, state, and national bar activities. He is a current member of the statewide Joint Judicial Task Force. He is the former Chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. He has served as a member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Board of Governors and on the Colorado Bar Association Executive Council. Reflecting the firm’s long-standing commitment to community service and non-profit organizations, Chris is the President of the Aspen Young Professionals Association. He is also a member of the Leadership Development Board, the Program Committee, and the Scholarship Committee for The Buddy Program, an Aspen-based non-profit organization that provides mentoring for area youth. In the past has served as both a member and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of KDNK, a local public radio station. Chris is also a former appointee to the Election Commission for the City of Aspen.
