Bob has lectured dozens of times at accredited seminars on various subjects related to trial practice and family law including Marital Agreements, Common Law Marriage, Enforcement of Court Orders, Attorney Fees, Evidence, Injunctive relief and others. Bob authored the Annual Survey of Colorado Law, Family Law 1989-1993 for the Colorado Bar Association and was a contributing author to Valuation Strategies in Divorce (2nd Ed.) Wiley Law Publications (1992).
