Richard H. Self is an attorney (licensed in CO & CA) with a practice focused on business, real estate and land use-related transactional matters.
Richard’s real property practice focuses on the acquisition, financing, entitlement, zoning, development, leasing, and disposition of both residential and commercial properties. In his business practice, Richard works with individuals and businesses of varying sizes on a wide range of transactional matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions.
In addition to his legal acumen, Richard also holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver. In light of his credentials and substantive experience, Richard is positioned to provide comprehensive representation to clients within the areas of real estate finance, investment, development, and management.
