Experience
Natasha specializes in real estate law with an emphasis in residential and commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing and financing. Natasha’s transactional experience covers many types of properties, such as high-end residences in Pitkin, Eagle and Denver Counties, industrial properties in Mesa and Arapahoe Counties, and ranch properties in Park and Boulder Counties.
Natasha has represented buyers and sellers in all phases of real estate sales, from initial contract execution to Closing, including without limitation, review and evaluation of title and survey matters, home inspections, septic use permits, engineering reports, environmental studies, land use matters and all other aspects of due diligence. In connection with the closing of real estate transactions, Natasha has expertise in entity formation and financing, as well as document authentication using Apostille or Embassy services for international clients who are unable to attend Closings in Colorado.
Natasha has represented numerous developers in connection with planning and establishing complex mixed-use condominium projects, including without limitation preparation and/or negotiation of construction contracts, permits and licenses, condominium maps, declaration of covenants, home owners association documentation, affordable housing credits and employee deed restrictions.
Natasha’s transactional experience also includes office, retail and restaurant leasing with national and international brand-name tenants. Natasha has assisted owners of rental properties with matters related to ongoing management issues, such as repairs and renovations, budgets, allocation of common area maintenance costs, capital improvements, tenant defaults, property damage, insurance, termination agreements and assignment and subletting.
